ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR HAJJ & UMRAH

• Original passport valid for at least 6 months from traveling date (with enough blank pages for visa).
• For Non- American citizens, if applicable, clear COLOR copies of your green card – front & back.
• 4 Recent passport-size photos – White background with your name signature on the back of the photos.
• Visa Application please fill-out in INK, one application per person.
• Original vaccination certificate for Meningitis vaccine.
• If you are not carrying a Muslim name, a certificate from the Imam of your mosques indicating that you are a Muslim is required.
• Husband and wife holding different last names, a copy of the marriage certificate is required.
• For Ladies Traveling for Hajj alone. Woman (must be over 45 years) without a mehram, require a NOTARIZED permission letter from the mehram, indicating that he has no objection and permits her to travel for Hajj with Adam Tours group. Mehram: Father, Husband, Brother, Adolescent son.

• We should receive full payment, along with the above documents upon receipt of your Umra quotation.
